Meet Grace, your Melbourne dog trainer

Hi, I’m Grace, founder of Graceful Little Paws and a Victoria Stilwell Academy Certified Dog Trainer Online (VSA-CDT-Online).

I have more than seven years of professional dog-training experience, helping puppies, adolescent dogs and adult dogs across Melbourne’s inner north.

I started Graceful Little Paws to give dog parents clear, practical guidance that makes everyday life with their dogs feel easier. Whether you need help with puppy biting, pulling on lead, recall, jumping, barking, reactivity or general manners, I create a personalised plan that suits your dog, your home and your routine.

My training approach

I use positive reinforcement and science-based training methods. This means teaching your dog what to do and rewarding good choices, instead of relying on fear, punishment or intimidation.

My goal is to make training clear, achievable and enjoyable for both you and your dog. I want you to leave your session understanding what is happening, why it is happening and exactly what to practice next.

My qualifications and experience

My professional education through the Victoria Stilwell Academy covered canine behaviour, learning theory, behaviour modification, positive reinforcement and clear communication with dog parents.

Alongside my professional experience, my love of animals has led me to volunteer with animal shelters, sanctuaries and zoos.

I continue to build my knowledge so I can provide practical, ethical and up-to-date support for every dog and family I work with.
